Doubleheaders with Same Linescores

Tuesday, the Mets lost both ends of a doubleheader to the Pirates by the same score, 3-1.

The Pirates had a 3-10-0 linescore in each game while the Mets themselves nearly had the same linescore in both games. They were off by a grand total of 2 “pips” (1 fewer hit and 1 more error):

That got the VORG wondering if there had ever been a doubleheader with both games featuring the same linescore for each team.  There have been plenty of circumstances like the Pirates, where one team duplicated a game one linescore in game two, but it turns out we’ve never had a situation in which both teams had the same linescore from game to game.

The closest we’ve come is the visiting team having the same linescore from game one to game two, and the home team being off by one digit.  This has happened four times through 2015, as follows:
